Background

There are six hundred rooms in a hotel. The temperature of hot water supplied to each room is provided by mixing 65 degree Celsius primary hot water and cold water with a TMV. The formation of mineral scale prevents the temperature regulation (as shown in picture 1) and hence many rooms could not be released for rent in the first year of opening.

After realizing the descaling power of HydroFLOW, a pilot was done to the lower zone of the hotel to see the effect. To demonstrate the prevention and correction effect of HydroFLOW, some of the TMV were cleaned first as a control.

Result

After two months of operation, no compliant of TMV problem received and the control TMV were still clean. HydroFLOW was then deployed to other areas for descaling purpose in the hotel.
